I am a 31 waist, and 30 shorts are great. This is my 2nd pair, first was bought at Costco. Seem like a good low maintenance high performance shorts. Graduation from cargo cotton shorts has commenced. I bought multible styles to gage which Gerry style shorts I liked best when I went to buy more they were no longer available I like everything about carhartt gear. Excellent shorts. I got these for my boyfriend and he loves them. Perfect fit, adjustable, and dry fit material very soft Very nice lightweight shorts. Fits well. Perfect for the upcoming warm, muggy summer days. Little long but other than that I am more than satisfied. They are VERY comfortable! They’re great for wearing any time, day or night. excelente Pockets! These are the best value for the dollar you are going to find. The greatest asset of these shorts are the pockets. The back pockets are deep, so the chances of a wallet being pushed up and out are minimal. Believe me, that happens with shallow pockets on cheap shorts. The other great--in fact THE GREATEST--thing about these shorts is the cell phone pocket. I won't put my cell phone in the back pocket. That leaves the slotted pockets on the sides, but those are used for all manner of personal items I tend to carry. The flapped pockets sealed with velcro, are a pain to use for a cell phone, because when you get a call, you have to rip the velcro apart and fumble for the phone. These shorts have a wonderful slotted pocket just for a cell phone. It's deep enough that the phone will not fall out (unless you have a tendency to hang upside down like a bat) and puts the phone in a position where you can quick draw when needed.The material strikes me as a bit on the light side, which makes me concerned about durability. But at this price, I'd be happy to have to replace them every year. great value Fits true to size.Thinner material.Lots of pocket space.Comfortable. great fit just i expect from this brand Size was perfect I don't know why these are so dang hard to find anymore, but we try to stock up whenever we actually find them. My husband practically lives in these. He uses them for work and for any other occasion, really. They are the perfect length for him and they are so durable and last him a very long time. They are a little stiff at first, but once we wash them a few times, they're perfect for him. Perfect fit, firm yet not too tight and very supportive. Lightweight and allows moisture to pass through. Great replacement for my old worn out under armor. For too small I thought I would carry my cell during golf in the zippered pocked but it “bounces” and was annoying. No big deal really, just moved the cell to my back pocket. I bought two colors. Love them.
